"I was informed that based on the number of luggage and vehicle I have chosen the 5-seater executive is not appropriate but instead a 8-seater vehicle will be made available, and I have to pay additional 30 pounds to the driver. In the morning when I was checking out of the hotel, I was informed via email that I have to pay additional 5 pounds for airport charges.
All the options to choose the taxi should be made available online and the fee should be properly computed at one-go and the client informed accordingly, It cannot keep on changing.."
