"I want to start by saying the driver in our 8 seater was fantastic, cranked up the music and put up with a lot of loud, terrible singing! Thank you to him!!! The other driver was very nice - he did have a request to stop for at a drive through for food politely refused as he had another job to attend - thank you to him too, he got the hungry, sleepy car.
We ended up with two 8 seaters which wasn't a problem at all, as it was the return journey. I think Taxicode is an excellent service and will be using it again for the wedding transport.
The timing issue, it wasn't really the drivers' faults. The traffic was terrible and it was very difficult to find a place to stop. We had requested (that morning - so we knew it would be difficult) to pull the taxi forward from 1am to 12am but didn't receive a reply from the main office confirming, my friend called and they confirmed it was 12am but then didn't arrive until after 12.30 due to the traffic.
All in all, it was an excellent service and traffic cannot be controlled.
