"Was told by the pumpkin cars that there is an error in calculating the distance, and I have to pay 23 pounds extra on a 200 pound journey which is absurd as their reasonable price (3.5 hour ride) was the only reason I chose them. With the new ‘adjusted’ price there are MUCH better alternatives out there in that price range and why should the customer be punished by the companies’ incompetence? Pathetic."
